Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment to Purity

At BasilVeda Natural, we take pride in the purity, authenticity, and quality of our products, which are crafted using traditional methods and natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our handcrafted food products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict policy.

2. General Refund/Replacement Eligibility

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for reasons such as dislike of taste, texture, aroma, or a change of mind after the product has been opened or consumed.
  • The characteristic granular texture of our Bilona Ghee is natural and does not qualify as a defect for replacement.

3. Replacement for Damage During Transit

We will gladly offer a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, tampered with, or expired upon arrival.
  • The customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at Info@basilveda.com with the following:
  • Original order number.
  • Detailed description of the damage.
  • Mandatory clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging (including the outer shipping box).

4. Replacement Process

  • Once we receive the notification and verify the damage, we will process a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you.
  • We reserve the right to deny any replacement request that does not meet the above criteria.
